Due to recent changes in customs policy and processes to the US, there are changes that we have made to our shipping policy specific to US customers. When reading the shipping policy below, please pay attention to any text prefaced with a 📢 for notices or updates that are important to know.
Please note that US specific shipping policies are subject to change at any moment due to the continuously shifting customs regulations.

Order Processing
Our warehouse is located in South Korea. Please allow 3-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to process, pack, and ship your order. This processing time is separate from the delivery estimates provided during checkout.
We currently ship to the following countries: USA, Canada, France, UK, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand.
Shipping Address Changes
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout, including proper formatting (e.g., abbreviations, apartment/suite numbers, and other routing details). We cannot be held responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect, incomplete or misspelled addresses. We use the provided address exactly as entered to generate the shipping label. Unsuccessful deliveries due to insufficient/incorrect shipping addresses are not eligible for refunds.
If you need to update your shipping address, please email us at support@dewtheory.store as soon as possible with your order number and “Shipping Address Change” in the subject line. We’ll confirm if the change was successful.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order’s total value (before taxes). The more you buy, the more you save! We don’t charge by weight, so your shipping fees decrease as your order value increases.

📢 *US Customers (Express Shipping)
Currently all Express shipping is required to be shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). As a result, a surcharge of will be added to any orders using Express shipping to the US (even when eligible for free shipping). In light of this notice, we kindly recommend using Standard shipping for your purchases wherever possible.
Import Duties, Taxes & Customs
All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from South Korea unless otherwise stated. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer in order to obtain your shipment.
Important:
Dew Theory is not liable for any additional charges or fees, and we cannot issue refunds for orders refused due to unpaid import fees. For more information, please consult your local customs office.

📢 I'm a US customer, what do I need to know?
Below is a round up of things you need to know/things that differ from the current standard shipping policy amidst the sudden changes in US customs policies.
- Standard Shipping to the US is Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)
- Standard Shipping to the US may take up to 21 business days to arrive
- Economy Shipping is currently unavailable to the US
- Express Shipping is required to ship DDP to the US. Base shipping rates apply however there will be an additional surcharge (even when eligible for free shipping). We recommend using Standard Shipping when possible.
Why is my tracking not updating?
For most national carriers, they mainly provide tracking once the package arrives in your destination country. For a more comprehensive tracking detail, feel free to input your tracking number into a global/universal package tracking website such as Parcels App.
What shipping carriers do you use?
For Standard and Economy shipping methods, we use a number of national carriers and/or last-mile delivery providers depending on your destination country. National carriers such as Korea Post, Canada Post, USPS etc. allows for delivery to most addresses including PO boxes to your selected country.
For Express shipping, we use private couriers such as but not limited to Fedex. Due to this, deliveries to PO boxes is unavailable for this shipping method.
