Order Processing
Our warehouse is located in South Korea. Please allow 3-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to process, pack, and ship your order. This processing time is separate from the delivery estimates provided during checkout.
We currently ship to the following countries: USA, Canada, France, UK, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand.

Shipping Carriers
We use national carriers such as Korea Post in order to deliver orders using the Standard and/or Economy shipping method. This allows for delivery to most addresses including PO boxes to your selected country.
We use a number of private couriers in order to deliver Express shipping orders. Due to this, deliveries to PO boxes is unavailable for this shipping method.
Import Duties, Taxes & Customs
All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from South Korea. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by your countryβs customs authority. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer in order to obtain your shipment.Β

Dew Theory is not liable for any additional charges or fees, and we cannot issue refunds for orders refused due to unpaid import fees. For more information, please consult your local customs office.
