The Hydro Cera-Nol Real Deep Mask Sheet is a hydrogel mask infused with a highly concentrated serum designed to provide intense hydration and soothing effects. Each mask contains 1.19 oz (34g) of ampoule, solidified into a sheet form. Upon application, the mask gradually turns transparent as it delivers active ingredients deep into the skin over a period of 3 to 4 hours or overnight. This transformation indicates effective absorption, leaving the skin moisturized and revitalized.

Provides a moisturizing water barrier that helps the absorption of effective ingredients with 50,000PPM of mineral-rich pure glacier water and specialized moisturizing and soothing ingredients, wrapping the skin.

All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from South Korea. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by your country’s customs authority.

Dew Theory is not liable for any additional charges or fees, and we cannot issue refunds for orders refused due to unpaid import fees.

Standard shipping is now available DDP (Delivery Duty Paid).

Currently all Express shipping is required to be shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). As a result, a surcharge of $36.00 CAD will be added to any orders using Express shipping to the US (even when eligible for free shipping).

Returns
We accept eligible returns within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered.

Exchanges
While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you can return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like. Once your return is accepted, you’re welcome to repurchase the correct or alternative item.

Cancellations
We’re unable to cancel orders once they’ve been fulfilled. However, if you’d like to cancel an order that hasn’t yet shipped, please contact us at support@dewtheory.store within 24 hours of placing your order. If cancellation is possible, we’ll refund the original amount, minus any non-refundable processing fees.
