A pH-balanced body mist designed to gently exfoliate, soothe and refresh areas prone to rough texture, congestion and breakouts — such as the back, chest and shoulders. Formulated with a trio of exfoliating acids (BHA, PHA and LHA) alongside calming heartleaf extract and niacinamide, this lightweight mist helps remove excess dead skin cells and sebum, smooth body skin and promote a clearer, more even appearance. Its fine spray delivers a cooling, refreshing sensation and is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

Dew Theory is not liable for any additional charges or fees, and we cannot issue refunds for orders refused due to unpaid import fees.

Standard shipping is now available DDP (Delivery Duty Paid).

Currently all Express shipping is required to be shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). As a result, a surcharge of $35.00 CAD will be added to any orders using Express shipping to the US (even when eligible for free shipping).

Returns
We accept eligible returns within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered.

Exchanges
While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you can return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like. Once your return is accepted, you’re welcome to repurchase the correct or alternative item.

Cancellations
We’re unable to cancel orders once they’ve been fulfilled. However, if you’d like to cancel an order that hasn’t yet shipped, please contact us at support@dewtheory.store within 24 hours of placing your order. If cancellation is possible, we’ll refund the original amount, minus any non-refundable processing fees.
