Import Duties, Taxes & Customs
All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from South Korea. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by your countryâs customs authority.
Dew Theory is not liable for any additional charges or fees, and we cannot issue refunds for orders refused due to unpaid import fees.

Returns
We accept eligible returns within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered.
Exchanges
While we donât offer direct exchanges, you can return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the item youâd like. Once your return is accepted, youâre welcome to repurchase the correct or alternative item.
Cancellations
Weâre unable to cancel orders once theyâve been fulfilled. However, if youâd like to cancel an order that hasnât yet shipped, please contact us at support@dewtheory.store within 24 hours of placing your order. If cancellation is possible, weâll refund the original amount, minus any non-refundable processing fees.
