A sherbet-to-oil cleansing balm that melts away makeup, sunscreen, sebum and daily impurities while preserving skin’s hydration and comfort. Formulated with phytoncide-rich hinoki (cypress) water, squalane, multi-weight hyaluronic acids and botanical extracts, this balm transforms on contact with skin from a soft sherbet into a silky oil and then milky emulsion when water is added, thoroughly dissolving impurities without stripping the skin. It rinses clean with minimal residue, leaving skin feeling refreshed, hydrated and comfortable. The tube-type packaging ensures hygienic, convenient use—suitable for daily use either as a first step in a double-cleansing routine or on its own for thorough makeup removal.

Returns
We accept eligible returns within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered.

Exchanges
While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you can return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like. Once your return is accepted, you’re welcome to repurchase the correct or alternative item.

Cancellations
We’re unable to cancel orders once they’ve been fulfilled. However, if you’d like to cancel an order that hasn’t yet shipped, please contact us at support@dewtheory.store within 24 hours of placing your order. If cancellation is possible, we’ll refund the original amount, minus any non-refundable processing fees.
