How to Use

Preparation
Start with a clean, dry face. Remove all makeup and cleanse your skin thoroughly.

Application of Skincare Product
Apply a gel, serum, or moisturizer to facilitate smooth gliding of the device and enhance effectiveness.

Device Operation
Turn on the device by pressing and holding the power button.

Select the desired mode by pressing the mode button.

Adjust the intensity level to your comfort by pressing the power button again.

Treatment
Gently glide the device over your face, following the contours and focusing on areas of concern.

Avoid sensitive areas such as the eye sockets and lips.

Post-Treatment
After completing the session, clean the device with a soft cloth and follow up with your regular skincare routine.

Charging
No USB charging cable included.
To charge the product, use a USB Type-C cable with an input voltage of DC 5V and a maximum of 2A.

Dew Theory is not liable for any additional charges or fees, and we cannot issue refunds for orders refused due to unpaid import fees.

Standard shipping is now available DDP (Delivery Duty Paid).

Currently all Express shipping is required to be shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). As a result, a surcharge of $35.00 CAD will be added to any orders using Express shipping to the US (even when eligible for free shipping).

Return Policy

Returns
We accept eligible returns within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered.

Exchanges
While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you can return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like. Once your return is accepted, you’re welcome to repurchase the correct or alternative item.

Cancellations
We’re unable to cancel orders once they’ve been fulfilled. However, if you’d like to cancel an order that hasn’t yet shipped, please contact us at support@dewtheory.store within 24 hours of placing your order. If cancellation is possible, we’ll refund the original amount, minus any non-refundable processing fees.
