A deep-cleansing foam cleanser infused with 0.45% salicylic acid (BHA), tea tree leaf water, and centella asiatica—formulated to unclog pores, gently exfoliate dead skin cells, and calm irritation. Its creamy paste transforms into a dense, cooling foam, removing excess sebum and impurities while maintaining hydration and reducing inflammation. PETA-certified vegan, cruelty-free, EWG Green Grade, and free from artificial fragrance makes it ideal for refreshed, balanced skin.

How to Use
  1. Wet palms and squeeze a small amount into hand.
  2. Add water to build a thick, creamy foam.
  3. Massage gently onto face, focusing on oil-prone areas.
  4. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
  5. Use once daily (morning or night); start 2–3 times a week to avoid over-exfoliation. Avoid using with other strong exfoliants simultaneously.

Dew Theory is not liable for any additional charges or fees, and we cannot issue refunds for orders refused due to unpaid import fees.

Standard shipping is now available DDP (Delivery Duty Paid).

Currently all Express shipping is required to be shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). As a result, a surcharge of $35.00 CAD will be added to any orders using Express shipping to the US (even when eligible for free shipping).

Return Policy

Returns
We accept eligible returns within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered.

Exchanges
While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you can return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like. Once your return is accepted, you’re welcome to repurchase the correct or alternative item.

Cancellations
We’re unable to cancel orders once they’ve been fulfilled. However, if you’d like to cancel an order that hasn’t yet shipped, please contact us at support@dewtheory.store within 24 hours of placing your order. If cancellation is possible, we’ll refund the original amount, minus any non-refundable processing fees.
