Product Details

A gentle, dual-barrier cleansing balm that effectively dissolves makeup, sunscreen (including waterproof formulas), sebum and impurities without irritation or stripping the skin’s natural moisture. This sherbet-like balm melts into a silky oil on contact and emulsifies into a milky texture with water for easy rinsing. Enriched with five types of ceramides, panthenol (Vitamin B5) and tocopherol (Vitamin E), it supports the skin’s moisture barrier while deeply cleansing and leaving skin soft, hydrated and balanced. Its fragrance-free, non-comedogenic formula is suitable for sensitive, dry and combination skin types.

How to Use
  1. Twist the grinder container to dispense an appropriate amount of balm onto dry hands.
  2. Apply to dry face and massage gently for 1–2 minutes to dissolve makeup and impurities.
  3. Add lukewarm water to emulsify into a milky texture and massage for another minute.
  4. Rinse thoroughly and follow with a water-based cleanser if practicing double cleansing.

Return Policy

Returns
We accept eligible returns within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered.

Exchanges
While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you can return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like. Once your return is accepted, you’re welcome to repurchase the correct or alternative item.

Cancellations
We’re unable to cancel orders once they’ve been fulfilled. However, if you’d like to cancel an order that hasn’t yet shipped, please contact us at support@dewtheory.store within 24 hours of placing your order. If cancellation is possible, we’ll refund the original amount, minus any non-refundable processing fees.
