The Retinol 0.1 Cream is formulated with 0.1% pure retinol to enhance skin elasticity, diminish fine lines, and restore skin's natural radiance. Enriched with panthenol to soothe irritation, adenosine to improve skin firmness, and tocotrienol (a form of Vitamin E) to combat free radicals, this cream offers a comprehensive approach to early signs of aging.

Its gentle formulation makes it suitable for first-time retinol users aiming to prevent and correct early signs of aging.

After using essence or serum, pat a small amount using your ring finger. Apply evenly over the face, neck, and onto parts with wrinkle concerns.

Limit initial use to three times per week; gradually increase frequency to every other night, use as tolerated.

All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from South Korea. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by your country’s customs authority.

Dew Theory is not liable for any additional charges or fees, and we cannot issue refunds for orders refused due to unpaid import fees.

Standard shipping is now available DDP (Delivery Duty Paid).

Currently all Express shipping is required to be shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). As a result, a surcharge of $36.00 CAD will be added to any orders using Express shipping to the US (even when eligible for free shipping).

Returns
We accept eligible returns within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered.

Exchanges
While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you can return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like. Once your return is accepted, you’re welcome to repurchase the correct or alternative item.

Cancellations
We’re unable to cancel orders once they’ve been fulfilled. However, if you’d like to cancel an order that hasn’t yet shipped, please contact us at support@dewtheory.store within 24 hours of placing your order. If cancellation is possible, we’ll refund the original amount, minus any non-refundable processing fees.
