Product Details

The Vitamin C 23 Serum is a potent skincare solution formulated with 23% pure vitamin C (ascorbic acid) to target dullness, uneven skin tone, and signs of aging. This high-concentration serum works to brighten the complexion, fade dark spots, and improve skin elasticity. Enriched with super vitamin E (tocotrienol) and hyaluronic acid, it provides antioxidant protection and deep hydration, resulting in revitalized, radiant skin.

Note: Due to the high concentration of pure vitamin C, the product may generate gas, leading to potential content leakage or container breakage. To prevent oxidation and maintain product efficacy, use immediately after purchase and store refrigerated if unopened.

How to Use

After cleansing, during the serum phase, shake the bottle lightly once or twice from side to side and apply a few drops to the skin. Use fingertips to gently massage and absorb the serum, starting from the inside of the face working towards the edges.

*Please use immediately after purchase and store upright in refrigerator once opened. 

* For the first use, attach the enclosed dropper in the product package.
* Recommended to use within 2 months of opening due to active ingredient protection. 
* Highly concentrated serum should only be used in the evening? NO! This serum can be used in the morning and/or afternoon.
* If applied in the morning, be sure to use with a SPF of 30 or higher.

Return Policy

Returns
We accept eligible returns within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered.

Exchanges
While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you can return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like. Once your return is accepted, you’re welcome to repurchase the correct or alternative item.

Cancellations
We’re unable to cancel orders once they’ve been fulfilled. However, if you’d like to cancel an order that hasn’t yet shipped, please contact us at support@dewtheory.store within 24 hours of placing your order. If cancellation is possible, we’ll refund the original amount, minus any non-refundable processing fees.
