How to Use
  1. Flatten & Liquefy: Use the spatula to smooth out the modeling dough in the upper pouch, ensuring no lumps remain.
  2. Tear Open: Firmly grip both sides of the center seal and tear it open forcefully.
  3. Mix: Push the modeling dough into the lower pouch to combine with the rice bran water.
  4. Shake & Blend: Shake for 30 seconds, pressing the pouch to fully mix.
  5. Apply Quickly: Wait 15 seconds after opening. Use within 2 minutes before it solidifies.
  6. Spread & Peel: Apply evenly with a spatula, leave for 15-20 minutes, then peel off.

Returns

Exchanges
While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you can return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like. Once your return is accepted, you’re welcome to repurchase the correct or alternative item.

Cancellations
We’re unable to cancel orders once they’ve been fulfilled. However, if you’d like to cancel an order that hasn’t yet shipped, please contact us at support@dewtheory.store within 24 hours of placing your order. If cancellation is possible, we’ll refund the original amount, minus any non-refundable processing fees.
