A premium 2-step spa-style sheet mask treatment designed to deeply hydrate, revitalize and prepare skin for flawless makeup application. Enriched with a high-concentration essence (about 23 ml per sheet), this mask uses black yuja bean blend, yuja water, mung bean extract and probiotic ferments to deliver intense nourishment, improve texture and strengthen the skin’s moisture barrier. The first step is a thin, biodegradable lyocell sheet soaked in nutrient-rich gel essence; the second is a vinyl spa sheet that enhances absorption by creating a gentle occlusive “steam” effect. With antioxidants, peptides and barrier-supporting botanicals, it leaves skin balanced, soft and radiant.

Cleanse and tone the face to prep skin for absorption.
Open the packaging and remove the (Step 1) lyocell mask; place the gel side onto the face and remove protective film.
Place the vinyl spa sheet (Step 2) over the mask to create a gentle steam-like effect.
Leave on for 10–20 minutes.
Remove both layers and gently pat remaining essence into the skin to enhance absorption.

All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from South Korea. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by your country’s customs authority.

Dew Theory is not liable for any additional charges or fees, and we cannot issue refunds for orders refused due to unpaid import fees.

Standard shipping is now available DDP (Delivery Duty Paid).

Currently all Express shipping is required to be shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). As a result, a surcharge of $35.00 CAD will be added to any orders using Express shipping to the US (even when eligible for free shipping).

Returns
We accept eligible returns within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered.

Exchanges
While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you can return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like. Once your return is accepted, you’re welcome to repurchase the correct or alternative item.

Cancellations
We’re unable to cancel orders once they’ve been fulfilled. However, if you’d like to cancel an order that hasn’t yet shipped, please contact us at support@dewtheory.store within 24 hours of placing your order. If cancellation is possible, we’ll refund the original amount, minus any non-refundable processing fees.
