Powered by 340,000 ppm of phytoncide-rich hinoki (cypress) water, this toner delivers a cooling effect that helps reduce redness and heat after cleansing. It features an 8-type hyaluronic acid complex to hydrate across multiple skin layers, leaving skin plump and refreshed without stickiness. A 6-herb botanical complex (including cabbage, broccoli, radish, wheatgrass and alfalfa extracts), panthenol, trehalose and beta-glucan further nourish and strengthen the moisture barrier. All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from South Korea. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by your country’s customs authority.
Dew Theory is not liable for any additional charges or fees, and we cannot issue refunds for orders refused due to unpaid import fees.

Return Policy
Returns
We accept eligible returns within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered.
Exchanges
While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you can return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like. Once your return is accepted, you’re welcome to repurchase the correct or alternative item.
Cancellations
We’re unable to cancel orders once they’ve been fulfilled. However, if you’d like to cancel an order that hasn’t yet shipped, please contact us at support@dewtheory.store within 24 hours of placing your order. If cancellation is possible, we’ll refund the original amount, minus any non-refundable processing fees.
