A “toner in pad form” infused with Yeoju rice extract and a milky essence, the Rice Toner Pad delivers the hydrating, brightening, and textural-smoothing benefits of the brand’s rice toner in a more convenient format. The pads are drenched in a rich, milky essence, and engineered to stretch and adhere closely to the skin. You can either swipe them across the face or press them in as a mini “pad mask” for deeper infusion. The formula is designed to help with dullness, dry / flaky texture, hydration, and brightening.

Option A (Toner swipe mode): After cleansing, pick up a pad and gently swipe it across face, avoiding eye area.
Option B (Pad mask mode): Place the pad on face, leave it on for 5–10 minutes for deeper infusion, then swipe any residual essence.
After removing, pat in any leftover serum, then proceed with moisturizer or other layers.
Use once daily or as needed (2–3 times per week) depending on skin sensitivity.
Use the tweezer to remove pads to maintain hygiene and reduce contamination.

All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from South Korea. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by your country’s customs authority.

Dew Theory is not liable for any additional charges or fees, and we cannot issue refunds for orders refused due to unpaid import fees.

Standard shipping is now available DDP (Delivery Duty Paid).

Currently all Express shipping is required to be shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). As a result, a surcharge of $35.00 CAD will be added to any orders using Express shipping to the US (even when eligible for free shipping).

Returns
We accept eligible returns within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered.

Exchanges
While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you can return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like. Once your return is accepted, you’re welcome to repurchase the correct or alternative item.

Cancellations
We’re unable to cancel orders once they’ve been fulfilled. However, if you’d like to cancel an order that hasn’t yet shipped, please contact us at support@dewtheory.store within 24 hours of placing your order. If cancellation is possible, we’ll refund the original amount, minus any non-refundable processing fees.
