The Vitamin-Niacinamide Concentrated Pad is a dual-sided toner pad designed to brighten and hydrate the skin. Infused with 5% niacinamide, glutathione, vitamin C, and tranexamic acid, it targets uneven skin tone, dark spots, and dullness. The pads are made from 100% pure gauze cotton with a jelly film to enhance ingredient delivery. Suitable for all skin types, these pads offer gentle exfoliation and can be used as a toner, serum, or mini sheet mask.
