Product Details

This is an oxygen modeling pack that delivers professional-level soothing, barrier-strengthening, and cooling effects at home. Formulated with 2 billion/mL of PixelBiome™ probiotic concentrate, hydrolyzed collagen, allantoin, and sodium hyaluronate, it provides hydration, calming, elasticity, and radiance all at once.

The pack is designed to be mixed with water in a 1:1 ratio and applied thickly to the skin. It quickly lowers skin temperature, offering an instant cooling sensation while helping to remove impurities from pores. It enhances oxygen saturation and skin barrier health, effectively reducing heat and redness in sensitive skin.

After use, the skin feels smooth and non-sticky, with visible improvements in pore appearance, texture refinement, and overall tone. It also works perfectly as a primer mask before makeup.

How to Use
  1. Combine modeling mask powder with water at approximately 1:1 ratio (e.g., 1 scoop powder + equal water) to form a thick paste.
  2. Apply evenly to clean, dry face, avoiding eyes and lips.
  3. Let set for 15–20 minutes or until firm.
  4. Gently peel off or rinse with lukewarm water.
  5. Follow with serums and moisturisers. Recommended for weekly or occasional use in skincare routines that benefit from detoxification and hydration.

Return Policy

Returns
We accept eligible returns within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered.

Exchanges
While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you can return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like. Once your return is accepted, you’re welcome to repurchase the correct or alternative item.

Cancellations
We’re unable to cancel orders once they’ve been fulfilled. However, if you’d like to cancel an order that hasn’t yet shipped, please contact us at support@dewtheory.store within 24 hours of placing your order. If cancellation is possible, we’ll refund the original amount, minus any non-refundable processing fees.
