Product Details

The Tone Brightening Capsule Ampoule is a lightweight, fast-absorbing serum designed to target dullness and uneven skin tone. Infused with 77% Centella Asiatica extract, it soothes and hydrates the skin while enhancing its natural barrier. The ampoule features encapsulated Madewhite™ micro-beads containing Niacinamide, Tranexamic Acid, and Vitamin C derivatives, which work synergistically to reduce the appearance of dark spots and brighten the complexion. Its oil-in-water gel formulation ensures deep hydration without a sticky residue, leaving the skin radiant and supple.

Dew Theory is not liable for any additional charges or fees, and we cannot issue refunds for orders refused due to unpaid import fees.

Currently all Express shipping is required to be shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). As a result, a surcharge of $35.00 CAD will be added to any orders using Express shipping to the US (even when eligible for free shipping).

Return Policy

Returns
We accept eligible returns within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered.

Exchanges
While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you can return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like. Once your return is accepted, you’re welcome to repurchase the correct or alternative item.

Cancellations
We’re unable to cancel orders once they’ve been fulfilled. However, if you’d like to cancel an order that hasn’t yet shipped, please contact us at support@dewtheory.store within 24 hours of placing your order. If cancellation is possible, we’ll refund the original amount, minus any non-refundable processing fees.
