Product Details

This gentle gel-cleanser is designed to deeply cleanse pores and remove excess sebum while preserving the skin’s moisture barrier. Featuring 3,000 ppm of LHA (lipohydroxy acid) for mild but effective exfoliation and a service-derived flavonoid complex for calming and anti-oxidant support, it refreshes textured and oily skin without over-stripping. Clinically tested for sebum control and visible reduction in blackheads & whiteheads, it’s also noted for its hydrating lather and suitability for sensitive or acne-prone skin.

How to Use
  1. Wet face with lukewarm water.
  2. Dispense a small amount (about a pea-sized or a pump/full) into hands and gently massage onto face, focusing on T-zone, nose, and chin where pores are more visible.
  3. Massage for about 30–60 seconds until you feel the lather, then rinse thoroughly.

All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from South Korea. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by your country’s customs authority.

Dew Theory is not liable for any additional charges or fees, and we cannot issue refunds for orders refused due to unpaid import fees.

Standard shipping is now available DDP (Delivery Duty Paid).

Currently all Express shipping is required to be shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). As a result, a surcharge of $35.00 CAD will be added to any orders using Express shipping to the US (even when eligible for free shipping).

Return Policy

Returns
We accept eligible returns within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered.

Exchanges
While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you can return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like. Once your return is accepted, you’re welcome to repurchase the correct or alternative item.

Cancellations
We’re unable to cancel orders once they’ve been fulfilled. However, if you’d like to cancel an order that hasn’t yet shipped, please contact us at support@dewtheory.store within 24 hours of placing your order. If cancellation is possible, we’ll refund the original amount, minus any non-refundable processing fees.
