A milky, lightweight essence-toner hybrid thoughtfully formulated to support your skin’s moisture barrier and microbiome. The Prebiotic-Cera™ complex blends five skin-identical ceramides with a lactobacillus-based prebiotic ferment to hydrate, calm and defend skin against external stressors. Absorbing quickly, it leaves skin smooth, plumped and comfortable—ideal for layering under moisturisers or using after cleansing.

How to Use
  1. After cleansing (and optionally after toner), dispense an appropriate amount (e.g., 2–3 pumps) or onto hands/cotton pad.
  2. Apply evenly to the face (and neck if desired) and gently pat for absorption.

All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from South Korea. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by your country’s customs authority.

Dew Theory is not liable for any additional charges or fees, and we cannot issue refunds for orders refused due to unpaid import fees.

Standard shipping is now available DDP (Delivery Duty Paid).

Currently all Express shipping is required to be shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). As a result, a surcharge of $35.00 CAD will be added to any orders using Express shipping to the US (even when eligible for free shipping).

Return Policy

Returns
We accept eligible returns within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered.

Exchanges
While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you can return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like. Once your return is accepted, you’re welcome to repurchase the correct or alternative item.

Cancellations
We’re unable to cancel orders once they’ve been fulfilled. However, if you’d like to cancel an order that hasn’t yet shipped, please contact us at support@dewtheory.store within 24 hours of placing your order. If cancellation is possible, we’ll refund the original amount, minus any non-refundable processing fees.
